7lb e-bike conversion kit

Freedom E-Bikes claims to offer the world's lightest e-bike conversion kit, at just 7 lbs. The kit uses a 200W hub motor and 1kg battery, and is designed for the front wheel of the bike.




The basic kit isn't cheap at £500, but it looks flexible and lightweight.

pi electric bike



Roll-formed aluminum arch monocoque structure, with the batteries on the inside. Pretty cool. Would love to see on of these in person. That headtube angle looks pretty slack and I'm not entirely sure why there appears to be a hub motor in the middle of the "chain stay" couldn't that all get packaged into the rear hub? But still, love the frame innovation.
